SF50 Vision Jet Has Amazing Cabin Comfort
The forward visibility and panoramic view of the SF50 Vision Jet is phenomenal and makes the cabin seem wide and roomy. Each passenger faces forward, as opposed have a pair of seats facing rearward.
The visibility, forward-facing seats and panoramic viewing from the cabin provide a perception of spaciousness and comfort considering the size of the jet.
While aircrafts like the Daher/TBM 900 series and Piper M600 may seem to compete with SF50, in terms of performance, they cannot provide the cabin characteristics of SF50. Climbing in the pilot seat of TBM or M600 aircrafts is challenging for larger pilots and having a cramped cockpit does not make the flight enjoyable at any airspeed.
The Vision Jet’s seating can consist of the pilot and copilot seat without any seats in the back to up to five additional seats in the back. Two of the third-row seats are referred to as XC seats since they have an occupancy weight limit of 90 lbs.
The cabin is completely configurable without tools. Cirrus describes the seating in three categories:
- Family Seating: All seven seats installed.
- Executive Seating: Four adult seats with an executive console between the second-row seats.
- Complete Seating: Flexible seating for up to seven occupants. All second and third row seats may be used or removed, allowing many different seating combinations.
